Our vanilla beans feature a shiny dark color and are harvested at 8–9 months of maturity. They have a water content of 30–35% and a vanillin content of approximately 1.5%. The beans categorize as “Grade A” and fall into 4 category between 10 and 20 cm in length.

Extract Grade (B)

: Planifolia/Tahitens

Our extract grade vanilla beans showcase a shiny dark color and are harvested at 7–9 months of maturity. They contain 18–25% water and approximately 1% vanillin. These beans belong to the B grade category, ranging from 13 to 17 cm in length.

Cutting Grade (C)

: Mixed

This grade features light brown beans with split pods and visible skin defects. Harvested at 5–7 months, the beans have a low moisture content of 8–15% and approximately 0.5% vanillin. Classified as Grade C, they range in size from 10 to 16 cm.

Vanilla Extract

: Powder

This fine vanilla powder is made from 100% Vanilla planifolia beans and contains 1% vanillin. Produced using a spray drying process with maltodextrin, it offers a convenient, alcohol-free option for rich vanilla flavor in dry mixes and baking.

Vanilla Extract

: Liquid Alcohol/Non-Alcohol

Available in both alcohol-based and non-alcohol versions, this liquid vanilla extract contains 2% vanillin for a strong, authentic flavor. The alcohol-based formula uses 70% food-grade alcohol and 20% vanilla beans, while the non-alcoholic version substitutes 75% glycerin for a gentler, sweet profile.

Vanilla Extract

: Paste

This thick, aromatic vanilla paste combines 30% real vanilla beans with 60% food-grade glycerin and a 1% vanillin content. Its concentrated format and visible specks of vanilla make it ideal for desserts where both flavor and visual appeal are key.
